RPBLK21 Return & Exchange Policy
At RPBLK21, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns or exchanges.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at connect@rpblk21.com with your order details and reason for return. We will send you the return address once the return has been approved.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or item, we’re happy to exchange it within 14 days, subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at connect@rpblk21.com.
